Thank you for the bug reproduction notes! That was great.

I wonder if we really need the project-specific overrides for annualCosts. It is used in some of our data (I checked), but I'm not sure that it had to be used.

Hey Daniel, thanks for this fix - we checked on test and agree this fixes the weird behaviour and the crash.
