View History SDG Format

Expected: SDG Format in View History should match the rest of the MVP. For instance 3.5 Treat & Prevent Drug Abuse

@akhilesh-94 View History has stopped recording any changes made to SPI/SDG tags.

@akhilesh-94 We are still experiencing this issue. Changes made to SDGs should be recorded in View History like "SDG - 1.3 Social Protection". The digit code is still missing in the current version.
