What open source license is this code under? Please include a LICENSE file with a valid open source license. Without one, nobody can safely use this. Thanks.

I'd suggest the Apache 2.0 license, but it's your decision. (apache 2.0 appears to match the intent of what you briefly mention for the hardware design on http://wipy.io/faq/)

I see you have one for the hardware/ directory... I'm asking about one for lib/ and examples/ or any other source code that may appear in the project.
