Wire for web version: 2019.08.22.1145 (i think? the about dialogue just gives two numbers without labeling them.)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start wire, I guess leave it open to a group chat?
Leave it sit, keep interacting, chat on other versions of the wire client, leave it overnight, etc.
What is the expected result?
ram usage will stay roughly similar.
What is the actual result?
ram massively spikes upward - i've seen it get to 3 GiB.

also, apologies this is all in GiB, the GNOME system monitor just seems to like that as a metric. this is a separate issue from #2239, as it is not a problem with voice or video calls.
