What steps will reproduce the problem?

0. ( Everything working fine with wire version 3.18.3660, wire for web version 2020.09.21.10.08. )
1. Wire automatically updates to version 3.19.3731
2. Try to video call someone

What is the expected result?

• Wire continues to have access to the camera since nothing, besides the wire version, has changed in the system.

What is the actual result?

• I'm prompted with "No camera access"

I can't call anyone (without camera even), I get the same message. This is not great.
