Feature Request: Add Post Quantum encryption #284

The recently released new version of openssh includes post quanten computing encryption that could be used by wire as well.

Add experimental quantum-computing resistant key exchange method, based on a combination of Streamlined NTRU Prime 4591^761 and X25519

Having such a feature will not only prevent future owners of quantum computers to read all messages ever send in wire up to that point, it will also further proof the dedication for secure and private communication and generated a response by teh media which will help spread the use of wire.
