[FEAT] Android Manual Option for Dark/Light Mode

Hi,

I know at least someone who would like to be able to use the Dark Theme even if the System is in Light Mode.

Any possibility to get an manual option for it to override this: https://github.com/wireapp/wire-android-reloaded/blob/develop/app/src/main/kotlin/com/wire/android/ui/theme/ThemeUtils.kt#L33

By the way, the Issue Template seems not to be up to date, at least I am not able to create issues in those client repositories currently.

As far as I can see this Option ist now available in the todays Update 👍
