Push to Prowl #23

Adds an option to additionally push to Prowl. Add your Prowl key to the variable 'prowlkey' and set the boolean 'prowl' to 1 to enable this service. Added bonus feature: encoded text is treated correctly by the Prowl service.

Finally got around to forking and pushing this code in - thanks for the suggestion. I've been using this option successfully for months now - I hope it's useful for others. Any comments/suggestions welcome, thanks.
