Videos Not Playing in 2.2 or in 3.1 #37

So we have a site that has some 200 wiredrive videos on it, and up until now it's been all fine and wonderful. However now when we add a video whether it's the shorturl or the rss url all we get is a the thumbnail image. When we click play the video has 0.00 timestamp and never does anything. They are currently on an older wordpress and an older wiredrive account.

So I set up staging and updated wordpress and updated to the latest wiredrive. All the old videos still work fine but still all of the new videos are not working, something like 30-40 videos don't work. Except with the updated plugin it has an error "we are having issues with playback, sorry for the inconvenience."

However if I embed the video right below it that video plays just fine, only when it's wrapped in the plugin is it having playback issues.

I also tried the urls on the other site I am building with wiredrive and ran into the same error code. Could there be some kind of codec issue? All the videos are .mov and encoded with h264 so I am having trouble finding the current cause of the issue with the plugin.

Sure thing, we were able to resave one of the videos again in quicktime and correct the issue, but why so many videos that are being saved the same way are suddenly not working in this round is troublesome. I will be shooting you over the details shortly. Thanks!
