Meeting objectives:

[ ] Introduce work done recently to prototype "in-place" (real hypercores, real framework, real megafeed...) proposed design for credentials in-party and party with authority structure.
[ ] Discuss the approach, what's been implemented so far.
[ ] Discuss next steps.

Assets:

Overview Document (links to more detailed documents are at the end).
Protocol Buffers Schema (matches docs and code, but isn't used by the current code).
Current snapshot of prototype code (requires branches locally yarn-linked from wireline-core and botkit to run).
Test driver code from above.
