I know <blah>.server has been used elsewhere, and we could certainly use it here, but it didn't seem to make sense to me to fight that some of these things were not URLs (eg, the IPFS multiaddrs) but that other things really were URLs (eg, the signal server's websocket) and that each should be labelled accordingly.
