wnsd-lite returns different results for same query against a full node (inverse problem) #276

The problem is very similar to #275, but rather than seeing too many records I am seeing too few.

In this case, re-publishing and re-setting the name on an identical record resulted in that record disappearing entirely on the lite node.

Resetting the lite node restores the entry.
