Productize the Robot Framework integration #13

Proposal

There is existing Robot Framework integration. It would be nice to update it to support the recent WireMock versions, and to maybe integrate it to the library. If it could be adopted to the WireMock community, it would be awesome from the sustainability PoV. A key priority, same as for Python WireMock, would be adding better Testcontainers API experience
