Docker option to set http header buffer size #73

Summary

I want to configure http header buffer size for our load test, but i could not find it anywhere in the docker document

@vudangkhoa2906 for now, it can be passed in the call as a CLI variable https://wiremock.org/docs/standalone/java-jar/#command-line-options
