Document and Restructure Query Parameter Matching use-cases in a single page #206

Summary

There is no documentation entry for Query Parameter Matching.

I would suggest to...

  1. Create a sub-page under https://wiremock.org/docs/request-matching/ for Query Parameter matching
  2. Document query parameter matching basics, including cases like https://github.com/wiremock/wiremock/issues/2422
  3. Move existing content from https://wiremock.org/docs/request-matching/ there
