setParent using Starfall with advdupe2 exploit #471

There is a growing issue with users using Starfall and setParent to attach a holo to someone elses build and use adv2dupe to copy their work. Is there a way to check ownership of props before duping to help prevent this? I can give you the starfall if you wish, just reach out.
