Ghost does not obey colour. #47

The ghost of entities shows opaque and white, rather than the colour that the entities will be but translucent.

It still doesn't obey Alpha, but that might be some inherent thing about gmod_ghost.

The tool ghosts now just use prop_physics, I'm not sure thats a good idea considering how large advdupes can be, but thats why tool ghosts are transparent.
