Copied from the one in wire-main minus the direct version embedding

@Vurv78 Since you made the original workflow, can you confirm that this is all that's needed to get the workshop version of wire-cpu to update when we run the action?

All you need to change is the id so yeah. I would've copied the canary workflow since I don't think you'll want to constantly manually invoke the workflow but up to you ig
