Upload to workshop #113

This issue is tracking an official release of wire-extras onto the workshop.

This is pretty important as to avoid people reuploading it with malicious intent.

Probably will want to do this after I get automatic workshop deployment done for wiremod: https://github.com/wiremod/wire/discussions/2647

Unrelated but need to convert this repo to be issue/discussions for bugs and suggestions like how wiremod is now.
