More Workshopification

Pull request is part of an ongoing effort to create whitelist compliance in wire extras for workshop upload. See #95

• [x] Lowercase all files and folders, and update references to the lowercased files.

• [ ] Need https://github.com/wiremod/wire-extras/tree/master/beta looked at. They are part of wire hud indicator 2. They're as it says on the tin, beta versions of the files found in lua\entities\gmod_wire_hud_indicator_2\, they need to be moved or removed to be compliant with the whitelist.

• [ ] https://github.com/wiremod/wire-extras/blob/master/lua/wire/uwsvn_load.lua should... probably get looked at. At the very least, change all UWSVN references to a wire extras variant.

• [ ] https://github.com/wiremod/wire-extras/blob/master/lua/wire/uwsvn folder needs renamed as well as examined.

• [ ] https://github.com/wiremod/wire-extras/blob/master/lua/wire/uwsvn has some version checking stuff in there. Still applicable and working?

I would basically have to start over with this, given some fixes and things made by others that would merge conflict.
