add toggle button on wire explosive to either hit players in seats or not #2998

This is not a bug but I cant put any suggestions in discussions.

This proves to be useful for contraptions that need explosives but you don't want to harm people in seats, also if this gets added can you add e2 support for this so like and input on the explosive to the e2 output and 1 is harm people in seats and 0 is no harm done to people in seats.
