assertSoft(n) + assertSoft(ns) - assert(n)/assert(ns) alternatives that shut down a chip only in strict mode.
n isStrict() - returns 1 if the current chip is running in strict mode, 0 otherwise.
Why? Mainly for lib makers, that wants different input validation, to let the users be silly on non strict mode, or help users see their errors on strict mode
