Tool Forcer in gmod servers #3131

The forcer tool is not working properly on servers, the reason is not yet known.

Can you elaborate? What's not working exactly? (What exactly do you mean by "not working properly"?) Which servers? How to reproduce it? Is it also behaves like that in singleplayer? Do you have some wiremod addons apart from wiremod itself? Have you tried binary addon disabling to see if addons cause it? Is there any error messages?
