PublicKey error when too many ip's allowed #23

When there are a lot of ip's allowed I get an error, section "Peer" does not have a "PublicKey" assigned, allthough it does. I have removed a number of the allowed ip's and it worked fine, and when I added them back the error appeared again.

Could you verify if the issue is resolved in v0.1.6? If it persists, please provide the list of problematic subnets.

https://pastebin.com/raw/rw1Kmgir I have attached all the allowed ips and seperated the last few lines of it which gives me the error.

Could you please check the v0.1.7 and let me know if the issue has gone.
