Split tunneling apps. #79

I have problem using per app tunneling. In service or in user mode barebone or with ui, not all apps listed are tunneling via vpn. Some are working like terminal,chrome, firefox and some are not viber, outlook, they are even not appearing in logs "all".

Please try running the application as Administrator. When running with user privileges, it can only resolve applications started by that specific user.
