feat: update devkit & telemeter #112

Description

This PR updates the telemeter on the devkit.

Besides the problem of data analysis, this directly affects one of the Key Results of the main Objectives of the company.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Deploy Moodle using wiris-moodle-docker.
  2. Insert a formula.
  3. Open the Inspector > Network a search for a telemeter request.
  4. Check the paylod an verify that the telemeter version is the 1.1.1
