Fix behat test suite #115

Description

Fixed the behat test suite. This will give use some confidence with the plugin and its functionalities. It runs the compatible tests depending on the Moodle version.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Actions tab.
  2. Select the CI actions and manually run it on this development branch
  3. All tests should pass.
