Description

Moodle Team has proposed changes to improve our plugins and to follow the Moodle guidelines. Those changes are included in this PR and are:

Updated installation README instructions
Removed TinyMCE5 dependency
Fixed Errors and Warnings from Code Checker
Added package-lock.json on the git ignore
Add @copyright tag in missing files

Steps to reproduce

Using wiris-moodle-docker start a Moodle instance with this plugin.
Check that the changes don't break anything.
