Projects from the root directory (same that contains trunk) are ignored by the exporting tool #68

In my SVN repository https://code.google.com/p/jvsc/ I had multiple project 
that were in the root directory on the same level as trunk (and also branches, 
tags and wiki).

GitHub export tool moved only the projects that were in the trunk directory, 
completely ignoring other folders/projects.

I was expecting that export tool would move other projects as well, and 
completely saving the existing structure of the repository.

The GitHub Import API, which the Google Code Exporter relies on, only exports 
the SVN's /trunk folder. We do a little extra work to migrate the /wiki folder 
into a new branch to preserve Google Code wiki contents.

To migrate other SVN projects in the same repository, you will need to move 
them under the /trunk folder.

How am I supposed to make this change to the currently live GoogleCode project? 
 I can't do that - it would break it.
