1.修复了joinWelcome中延迟发送欢迎消息的配置无效的bug 2.修复了tpback指令无法正确回到上次传送位置bug 3.增加了recall玩家召回指令 4.完成邮件绑定后可以设置执行奖励指令 5.修复了登录配置文件中的注释显示不全的问题
