I have not received or can't see my Wise tokens in my MetaMask wallet. My Wise account shows that it has been claimed and Etherscan shows that the transaction has from my Wise account/wallet to my MetaMask Wise wallet. Do you know what the issue is and how I can fix it please?
@bantuking make sure that the custom token you added to metamask is indeed 0x66a0f676479Cee1d7373f3DC2e2952778BfF5bd6
. Also maybe try resetting metamask in its advanced settings section.

Hi,
Sorry, your replies ended up in my junk mail. I've checked the address and it's the same. I have not reset my metamask as resetting my account will clear my transaction history and I'm not sure if that will make my situation worse if the Wise tokens do not appear in the wallet. Are you able to advise me on the best course of action please?
Regards
TW

@bantuking resetting metamask fixes 90% of these kinds of issues, in my experience. Yes, it will clear your displayed transaction history in metamask (though of course it's still there on the blockchain). It won't make your situation worse. If you want to email me your ETH address that's having issues, I can take a closer look, I'm at coffee.becomes.code@gmail.com
Hi ,
Thanks for getting back to me but no luck. I've tried resetting but it doesn't seem to work. I click the reset button - nothing happens and when I check activity its all still there.
My ETH address: 0x4F65a4aE8c145491190C7A22c424A89ca5f568F4
Thanks
@bantuking this address has already claimed, and has a balance of about 2087 WISE. Here's the confirmed tx from about 5 days ago: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xc3d34ab76a03cd12d0395214fbfa01cde302a68010f37b9ed772cf59d0448082
You aksi need to make sure you've added the correct WISE custom token address to your metamask: 0x66a0f676479Cee1d7373f3DC2e2952778BfF5bd6
As one of your screenshots above shows "Already Issued" and "Transaction Completed" link.
Hi,
I think I mentioned in the beginning that it was already issued but wasn't showing in my wallet, however your following advice (making sure I had the right contract address) did work. Thank you for your help. I do have a quick follow-up question if ok:
Q. The gas fees for staking my WISE tokens seems pretty eye wateringly expensive. I'm a right or am I doing something wrong... take a look at this:
