Voter should know how much he would give to post with the specified % of delegator's vote. Number taken from https://steemworld.org/@noisy:

We decided to freeze development of Voting Page (with exception to critical fixes), to faster deliver browser extension, which will make voting much easier.

However if a community will prepare w pull request with this feature, we will be happy to review and merge it if it will be well written.
