Stutterfix Options Button #11

Hey!

This issue is kind of nitpick-y, but I'd really love if the config menu for the Stutterfix options could be implemented into the Sodium Video Settings tab, similar to that of the Nvidium Mod, (screenshots below), as opposed to a stand-alone button in the Options menu.

I think it'd look a lot cleaner, and that it makes a lot more sense for the settings to be kept there.

The problem is that this requires sodium to run the mod, but I can detect and use this interface I'm using when I don't have sodium and if so, use this new one. But apparently everyone should use sodium anyway. I can do it for future versions.

would be nice if you removed the setting menu change and instead implemented it in config / mod menu

breaks a lot of custom menu's

my video settings are now cape settings resourcepack button opens language etc
