Centralize all resources into Pythia repo #17

All required resources and dockerfiles that are needed by Pythia (client , validators, backend and test app) need to be included in the main repo so a developer can build the whole stack from scratch using the single pythia repo.

Instructions on how to build the whole stack from scratch need to be included in the README as well
