What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose a species page. eg 
http://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:apni.taxon:297909#rec
ords
2.Look at sub-headings for "By State and Territory", "By Date (by month)", 
"Connections that hold specimens", "Record maps from other sources"
3.Notice the sub-headings are cut in half

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox3 on Win7, IE8 on Win7, Chrome 10 on Win7, Safari on iPad.
