Restrict mapped species to an area fails with > 7 areas #589

If there are more than 7 defined areas, there is no scroll bar on the box to be 
able to progress to the next stp in the wizard. Scroll bars are needed.

Seems ok to at least 16 areas. I presume it will scroll when it gets to >~ 30 
(which is rather over the top but one never knows).
