Unable to Restore an SP Session #590

Two users reported the issue.

I was logged in. I mapped a species, area and environmental layer and did a 
'Save Session' and got attached message which said it was saved. I closed the 
session and started another one and pasted the URL into the browser and got an 
error that it was unable to load session. See attached. Restested three times 
with the same result.

Cleanup has corrected this serialization issue.  Cleanup is still in progress.

Restore session works ok via manually saving the supplied URL but the 'click 
here to download a direct link to the session' doesn't appear to (download).

Not sure how useful the download (though not working) is.

What was the intention of the download?

I'd be happy to see it simplified to 'copy this link', but if the download 
option is there...(people will expect something from it).
