Can't display large view of photo point images #598

Once photo point images are loaded they appear only as small thumbnails with no 
way of viewing them as a larger image.

Need to view these images (including attribution and description, which is not 
currently collected with the image), in a large format modal popup.

Now that images.ala.org.au is available for use, we need to associate in-form 
image capture and viewing with the images repository and viewing functionality. 
This will include photopoints and other activity images captured within 
outputs. 

Suggest not including images attached as documents (ie. via the document 
loader) as some of these include logos, cover images of published documents, 
etc.
