Add initial angles from yaw, pitch , roll in process_raw_pairs #13

Analyzing exif provide the right pitch & yaw & roll coarse angle without even analyzing images! Let's use this data as the registration initialization

Fixed at #12f944e Missing command line or json config or excel offsetTheoretical -> moved to #18
