Ahaha no more typos in the master! Thanks for your feedback. I had a previous post on the forum before linkedin. OpenDroneMap code was clear enough ... so I could adapt my output aligned multispectral images so ODM would go into multispectral mode. + the forum thread on multispectral support in ODM was a gold mine. <3 BTW, back then, I also looked on how to make a ODM plugin (I had installed & used the GCP plugin to try out) but I felt like it would be way too complicated for the added value (+ IRdrone is used by a single person basically).

There was a piece of code in ODM to align multispectral images (basically micasense) images based on stock opencv methods . As I'm pre-aligning , i use --skip-band-alignment ...

Feel free or @pierotofy to contact me if anybody complains about multispectral alignment in ODM. I guess some alignment lib & tricks from IRDrone could probably be integrated out there to help improve ...
