Clarification about fresness mechanism #10

Clarification the requirement to use the ICE Content Freshness mechanism. The paragraph in question is:

“Once a session is set up, ICE consent freshness [RFC7675] will be used to detect abrupt disconnection and DTLS teardown for session termination by either side.” see https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-murillo-whep-01#section-4.3-2

The clarification is around the use of the word “will” and whether this should be a MUST, SHOULD, MAY (etc) from BCP 14.

Certainly, I see no other “freshness mechanism” within the draft so I think the intent is to use ICE Content Freshness."
