Comment section improvements #21

Currently, the comment section is visible for all users and the comments do not need approval before being posted. This is risky since we cannot control users' misuse of the comment section. We would like to suggest the following:

An option to disable the comment section.
An approval mechanism as it exists for the feature requests.
Users can only see their own comments (and admins can directly reply to these comments). This would still give us feedback and we could reply to them, without risking spam comments from users.

You can now hide/show the comment section starting with v4.0.0 of WishKit!

WishKit.config.commentSection = .hide
