[Feature Request] Expose lists via CalDAV. #1

Closed RokeJulianLockhart closed 7 months ago

Per https://github.com/tasks/tasks/issues/2393#issue-1773257065, there isn't currently a powerful task manager with a decent wishlist-focused GUI. Wishlephant is 90% of the way there, but the fact that I can't manage it when need be (offline) via my task manager makes it much less convenient to use than it otherwise would be. Like how Nextcloud exposes its filesystem via WebDAV, would you consider allowing users to manage their lists via CalDAV?

It would immediately provide compatibility with every standard task manager in existence.

Hm...this is an interesting thought. But a complex one. Need to think about it.

@bitboxer, I accidentally commented that here. Would you reopen this? It was for totally different software. Apologies.

No sadly I decided to not implement this. Not worth the complex code for just a handful of users.
