Comments are on my todo. But on item basis and on list basis. Sadly it would be super hard to map what I have in my head to activitypub. Also exposing lists that should only be shared privately to activitypub is problematic. Most people might not want to leak information about lists to a network of servers who replicate said data. The privacy features are basically non existing in activitypub. Don't get me wrong: this is not a critique of activitypub, it's basically a feature of the design of the protocol.
Well, no issue. Can always convert https://github.com/wishlephant/wishlephant-website/issues/1#issue-1782844817 to AP.
Although similar to https://github.com/wishlephant/wishlephant-website/issues/1 in that it would allow the list to be interacted with externally, CalDAV is for self-management. Because this software appears to be primarily about sharing lists, ActivityPub also makes sense since it would allow someone to subscribe to list changes and add comments without implementing loads of custom code and/or an e-mail server for it.
