CMD blocked? #104

Am I able to run this if CMD.exe has been blocked by my school? or do I need to have my own VPS at my home to do this?

It depends how the blocker works.

When ever we try and use it, it states "An Administrator has blocked access to this program" in the CMD window.

If it doesn't work when you double click the cmd file then I guess it won't work.
