Hi there I want this module to communicate with an AVR and send messages through it. Would anybody tell me how? Thank you.

This chip has a microcontroller already on it, but if you're looking to transmit data you could use a lot of different protocols from i2c to serial, or use the bluetooth or wifi radios depending on the capabilities of the peer.
