Curios commands for the compat layer so that data packs that use the commands work with accessories

Hmmm will look into such as I did not think to much about such but it may be a bit before I figure out how to handle this.

After some investigation, this would be quite difficult as the API to do such operations does not exist within Accessories and it would be possible to use alternative methods. Still, they would act slightly differently so it may be a problem.
