REI and Patchouli support. #6

Currently, you can't check alloys recipes with REI. Could you add it? Also, can you make Alloy Forgery generate a Patchouli book with alloys recipes or this must be done by ores mods authors?

I might look into Patchouli later, but we do have REI support as of PR #4.
