Spawner drops the focus

Spawner drops the stabilized focus i insert into it after several spawns. It also emits a chest sound. I am building a creeper farm. My mods:

What was causing the issue?

improvedmobs, as i remember. It changed the behavior of mobs, so they could steal items from containers. I adjusted the config.
