Non-user editable are still editable #368

Describe the bug

Startup parameters which are not user editable can still be saved.

Expected Behavior

You shouldn't be able to save these variables

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

See "actual behaviour"

Double click the blacked out variable and then deselect the item.

Maybe add a "save" button next to every variable? The way it's done right now is very unclear to the user.
